Project background

A London Highway Alliance Contract (LoHAC) project on behalf of KIER (LoHAC South Area) for the main client, Transport for London (TfL).

The works are part of the client’s ongoing commitment to public safety as well as maintaining the structural integrity of the Twickenham Bridge Stairways, which carries the A316 Twickenham Road over the River Thames in Twickenham, London.

Project description

Damjul Ltd undertook Site Investigations (i.e. carried out Visual and Delamination Surveys) and subsequent reporting of the 4 No. Stairways.  The purpose of the investigations is to establish the cause and extent of structural defects as well as make recommendations for repairs.
